How long will the battery last when fully charged?
  • Champion provides 8 hours of playtime and an additional 3 charges from the charging case for 28 hours of listening.
How do i pair Champions to a different device?
  1. Open the Case and remove the earbuds and paper film from the bottom.

  2. Place Earbuds in Case.

  3. Earbuds will turn on and the LEDs will flash red

How do you know the earbuds are charging in the case?
  • When you place the buds in the case, ensure the LEDs turn red. This indicates good contact with the metal pins in the case.
  • Secondly, if the case is closed with the earbuds inside, double tap the case and the left and right LED will be lit if the buds are in contact.
    • If the left LED is not lit, it means there is not good contact on the left bud. And the same if the right LED is not lit.
    • If this happens open the case and re-place the earbuds inside the case ensuring the LED on the bud turns red. You may need to wipe the contact points on the bud and the case to ensure there is nothing stopping this connection.
How do i fix a product that is not charging?
    • Take a microfiber cloth (or similar product) and thoroughly clean any build up around the earbuds and the pins on the charging case.
      • If the issue persists after doing this, proceed to Step 2.
    • Check your charging cable to ensure it is compatible with your product and that you are using a high-quality 5-volt USB charger
    • Charge the product overnight (or 7-8 hours) and check to see if the device is charged after.

What do i do when only one earbud is working?
  1. Take a microfiber cloth (or similar product) and thoroughly clean any build up around the earbuds.
    • If the issue persists after doing this, proceed to Step 2.
  2. Go into your device Bluetooth settings and remove your Champion earbuds from the pairing list
    • For specific instructions on how to do this, look at the product guide for your device.
  3. Reset your Champion earbuds.
  4. Open your device Bluetooth settings once more and look for Champion.
  5. Select the Champion and wait until you see a notification that it’s connected to your device.
